Terms of Use

1. The service

Tênis Estratégico is an educational tool for tactical decision-making in tennis: match situations with options, explanations, scoring and simulated matches. The content follows established tennis tactics but is informational and does not replace guidance from a coach. Matches are simulations; their results depend on your decisions and on random draws.

2. Account

• You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 may only use the service with the consent of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for that use.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. Activity on your account is your responsibility.
• Your display name appears in the public ranking and must not be offensive, discriminatory, misleading or impersonate another person or brand. We may change it or remove the account in case of abuse.

3. Plans

• Free: shows ads (after your consent to advertising cookies), allows up to 10 training situations per day (the limit resets at midnight, Brasília time) and does not include Match Mode.
• Premium: a paid monthly or yearly subscription with no ads, unlimited training and Match Mode.

Plan limits and features may evolve; changes that reduce what you paid for only apply from your next billing period, with prior notice.

4. Subscription, renewal and cancellation

• Payments are processed by Stripe. The price and currency are shown before you confirm.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year), charging the same payment method, until canceled.
• You can cancel at any time under "Manage subscription". Premium access continues until the end of the period already paid, with no further charges.
• Right of withdrawal: you may cancel within 7 days of your first purchase and receive a full refund by emailing contato@tenisestrategico.com.br (Brazilian Consumer Code, art. 49; EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right).
• After that period, partial periods already started are not refunded, unless required by law or caused by our failure.
• Price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from the following renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• circumvent the free plan limits, for example by creating multiple accounts or automating access;
• use bots, scripts or scraping to access or copy the content;
• try to access other users' data, interfere with the site or exploit security flaws;
• manipulate the ranking or scores;
• deliberately click on ads or encourage others to do so.

6. Intellectual property

The situations, explanations, texts, illustrations, brand and software of Tênis Estratégico belong to [RAZÃO SOCIAL A DEFINIR] or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service; you may not copy, resell or redistribute the content without written permission.

7. Liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided as is and may have interruptions and errors. Any physical practice inspired by the content is at your own risk; consult health and fitness professionals. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account whenever you want, in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible. If we shut down the service, we will give advance notice and refund unused paid subscription time proportionally.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Relevant changes will be announced in advance on the site or by email; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Questions: contato@tenisestrategico.com.br.
